How to keep your love alive
hemorrhoids
H MiracleHemorrhoids are a serious illness that if left untreated can become worse and worse over time. With hemorrhoids affecting over 4% of the population, it is actually a much more common illness than people would believe. One of the reasons sufferers of hemorrhoids often remain silent is due to the embarrassment in talking about it, and the false hope that hemorrhoids will simply go away by themselves over time. This is not the case. The degree to which people have hemorrhoids does change but unless you actually treat hemorrhoids they will not disappear by themselves.
How can you tell if you have a hemorrhoid?
If you suffer from the following symptoms it is highly likely that you have a hemorrhoid.
* Itching and irritation of the anal area – this ranges from being ticklish through to being unbearable.
* Blood streaks or blood coated stools. If you notice bright red blood on your stools then it’s highly likely you have a hemorrhoid. Blood seen on toilet paper is also a common symptom of hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids come in a variety of forms but can be divided into 2 main groups; Internal Hemorrhoids and External Hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids look like puffed up mounds of bright red skin. They are in fact swollen blood vessels caused by an increase in blood pressure through your veins.
Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids can occur for a number of different reasons. Constipation is regarded as the main cause of hemorrhoids but other factors can play a role. Below are some interesting factors that increase the likelihood of hemorrhoids: You are more likely to get hemorrhoids if you fall into one of the following:
* Are pregnant – pregnant women often get hemorrhoids during or after pregnancy.
* Are overweight – overweight people are more likely to get hemorrhoids.
* Lack exercise – people who don’t exercise often have a higher chance of getting hemorrhoids.
* Suffer diarrhea – those who suffer from diarrhea for long periods of time are more exposed to getting hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids can last a long time – some people suffer with hemorrhoid for years and aren’t even aware that solutions exist.
If you suffer from hemorrhoids it’s very important that you take quick action in treating the problem as hemorrhoids left untreated can lead to debilitating illnesses. It’s important to distinguish the difference between hemorrhoid treatment and hemorrhoid relief. A wide range of products are available for hemorrhoid relief however these shouldn’t be used as long term solutions to hemorrhoids.
Some different forms of treatment include:
* Creams and suppositories – these can bring pain relief and are often effective in reducing the size of hemorrhoids but they will not cure hemorrhoids.
* Surgery – this should always be a last resort. Removal of hemorrhoids via surgery can be a very painful process indeed. Its not uncommon for patients to be bed ridden for 4 weeks or more after some forms of hemorrhoid removal surgery.
* Natural remedies – some natural remedies work better than others. One guide that is full of remedies that do work to permanently cure hemorrhoids is H Miracle – a best selling book which has cured tens of thousands of people.
However serious your situation is, you should always seek treatment as soon as possible. If you suffer unbearable pan we recommend seeing your physician urgently, in all other cases natural remedies followed by subtle changes to your lifestyle can cure hemorrhoids permanently.

hemorrhoids
There are a few different types of piles. Piles, as you may or may not know, is another word for hemorrhoids. In order to correctly identify the different symptoms of hemorrhoid problems, you will need to first know about the different types of piles.
They are classified as either internal or external. And from that point they can then become thrombosed or even prolapsed. They are even different colors depending upon their classification as well. Color can give you a clue as to what type of pile you are dealing with when learning about the symptoms of hemorrhoid types.
First of all, do not be alarmed if you have them. They are not dangerous. Often, you will come to find that the symptoms of hemorrhoid problems flare up and back down periodically. This does not mean that they have gone away, however. When your symptoms of hemorrhoid issues are not as painful, that gives you the chance to change some habits to prevent them your symptoms of hemorrhoid pain from flaring up again.
Some of the things you can change are adding more fiber to your diet and try not to strain when you move your bowels. The less pressure put on your anal veins, the more likely you are to avoid the symptoms of hemorrhoid issues flaring back up again. The most important thing to bear in mind is that you stop this problem before it progresses into worse conditions.
The main symptoms of hemorrhoid pain for the internal type of piles include blood after you move your bowels. Internal piles are the best type because they are not as painful as the other types. The other types have many more symptoms of hemorrhoid pain.
The main symptoms of hemorrhoid pain for the external type of piles include itching, irritation, sharp pain when moving stool, as well as severe inflammation around the affected area. While this sounds terrible, and it is, it can get even worse. If the piles become thrombosed, there is even more pain associated. Thrombosed piles mean that the vein has torn and a blood clot has then developed.
When your piles become prolapsed, that is when the symptoms of hemorrhoid pain start to really become unbearable. Like its name suggests, prolapsed piles are veins that have actually fallen from where they are supposed to be. Some even fall out of the anus after bowel movements, and need to be pushed back up.
These symptoms of hemorrhoid conditions are proof that your vein has truly been stressed to the max. You will need to find a good hemorrhoid treatment that protects, strengthens and renews your veins to rid you of the symptoms of hemorrhoid pain.

Food Packaging
The planet is groaning under the weight of landfill garbage sites and something needs to be done. The food industry is a big contributor to waste. Next time you go to the supermarket, lay everything out that you bought when you get home. The amount of food packaging will dismay you, I’m sure.
There needs to be a shift in attitude from the retail outlets, the food manufacturers and the consumer. We all know that the amount of food packaging or groomsmen wedding gifts we use is unnecessary. I bought a cake recently and the picture on the box showed a large cake. The box itself was quite a size. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the cake inside to be of microscopic proportions. It’s a deliberate attempt to mislead and the box was filled with plastic to fill out the box where yummy chocolate cake should have been. There is a serious point here because my purchase is being duplicated thousands of times.
Plastic seems to be the biggest culprit. There is a drive in the UK at the moment for customers to re-use their plastic groomsmen gifts, carrier bags. This is commendable but there are other food packaging issues to address. So much fruit and vegetables are pre-packed now. Where there is a choice of buying loose amounts, the stores only put out plastic bags to put the items in. In the past, I would go get my tomatoes, Brussels sprouts etc. and carry them in a paper bag. At least, paper production can be obtained from sustainable forests. Having pre-packed items can be a pain in the neck anyway. Sometimes, I want to buy one pepper but I am forced to buy three in a bag.
Bottles are another offender. I know that plastic sauce and mayo bottles are easier to use than glass ones, from a squeezing out the contents point of view. I also know that it might be possible to recycle the plastic container as well as the glass, but it would be better to not make the plastic in the first place. There is a debate as to whether to bring in legislation to reduce food packaging or use groomsmen gifts to rely on a voluntary scheme for everyone concerned. Perhaps if the shoppers dumped all the packaging back in the supermarket car park after they’d unwrapped everything, things would change very quickly.
I look back nostalgically to when I went to my local sweet shop in England and asked for a liquorice stick and a few mints. The shopkeeper would take them out of a big, glass jar and put them in a paper bag for me. Even good old fish and chips have been affected. Traditionally, fish and chip shops used to wrap your fish supper in newspaper. These days, it comes in plastic sheets. No one knows why but everyone agrees that fish and chips tastes a lot better in newspaper. This is the biggest food packaging crime of all!

Persons offering apartment rentals often generate big income. While some consider their apartment units as a second home, there are also individuals who consider it as a simple sleeping quarter. Regardless of how you treat your apartment, you should always consider proper selection from the vast available units that proliferate the town. Considering some basic guidelines can help you in the selection process. It really helped me when I wondered about senior rentals for my father.
Prepare a list of various types of apartment. Remember that no two people are exactly alike, and the same goes for apartments. They always have unique features that set them apart from the rest. Try to surf the Internet to have a list of various types of apartments. (Enumerate first, as many types as you can and sort them out as you go along~Gather as many options as you can first and filter out unwanted units along the process). Knowing all this info will really help you when looking for senior apartment rentals.
Aside from choosing the apartment type, your needs will also narrow your selection list based on your needs. If you are a professional and needs immediate access to public transportation, you will obviously be limited to urban areas. You might also end up in apartments situated in central districts if you need a nearby public facility such as hospitals and restaurants.
After that, you can also consider your wants in the selection process. In every decision you make, it is a must to determine your preferences for these are one of the key factors in picking out the most suitable unit. If you want to have an independent life, you might prefer a one-bedroom unit and similarly, you might prefer a multi-bedroom unit if you will bring along your family.
Financial status is an equally important factor to include in the selection process. Earning tons of money will give you the capacity to afford elegant and expensive units. On the other hand, you might want to resort to cheaper apartments if you have other expenses such as school fees. Remember that you will have other expenses to attend to aside from rental and thus, you should never get an apartment that is too expensive for you.
Next is to ask the landlord all questions you have in mind. Aside from apartment information, you might also want to know additional things like how does it go living in the neighborhood, and other perks that will come along if you will get the unit. Preparing a list of questions for the landlord will help you assess your desired unit better and you can also determine if you can live with your landlord and the neighborhood.
Aside from preparing questions for the landlord, it is also advisable to have some sort of renting reference. Aside from being a guide in determining if you will be a good tenant or not, it also serves as a reference of your apartment renting history. It will be a good idea to ask your previous unit owner if you have one. Asking for a recommendation letter from your work superior can also help to prove your employment and paying capability. Being pur in an independant senior living situation has helped my father out a lot.
Actual hunt for apartment rentals can begin after going through these basic tips. Be very cautious however in selecting your apartment to avoid transferring to a new unit in the future and repeating the same process over again.

If you or your family members is having a lot of difficulty inside and outside your home when it comes to moving up one level, then the vertical wheelchair lift can prevent it from happening again.
This lift is a mobility device which you can control with your hands. It is powered by batteries or by the mains line in your house and you can easily reach any floor you want, with its help. This lift will increase your mobility around the house and you will not have to remain confined within any one level.
Ease Of Usage
The modern day vertical wheelchair lifts have become a huge success. This is because they are so very easy to use and have no complicated controls to deal with.
Any place where there is a chance of getting people using wheelchairs should have one of these lifts. They are a great help to these people and also to their family members.
Previously, when a handicap person would have to move from one storey to the other, it would be done physically. A few people would manually carry the chair and the person in it up a single flight of stairs or multiple flights of stairs.
Now, all the hassle and difficulty has been overcome with the vertical wheelchair lift. The person in the wheelchair can himself get into this lift, control the buttons leading to the upper levels and reach his destination without putting anyone to pain.
A vertical wheel chair lift is essentially a simple lift. It works pretty much like any other lift. However, due to ease of installation and the simple way in which it works, it has also been adopted by many as their household lift.
Also, the various models of the lift which are available come in various styles. There is the four walled lift which has four walls of its own. You will just have to make some sight renovations and you will have your vertical wheelchair lift in the house.
This all enclosed lift is the best among all these types of lifts. It has an inbuilt platform and also a roof to go along. Most of the vertical wheelchair lifts have no roof and have just the platform to do with.
However, these types are cheaper than the all enclosed types and you may consider going for the only-platform-type due to its lower cost.
But, the all enclosed lift is easy to use, provides some protection against falling off and is much better than the others. So, decide which one you want, see if it has all the desired qualities and then buy your own vertical wheelchair lift.

There is a debate going on throughout the Internet about the usefulness and effectiveness of Electronic pest repeller’s. Do they really work? Do you repel pests like rats, mice, insects, and other unwanted creatures? The answer is a little vague, they work “most of the time”.
Not a definitive answer to an important question for a lot of people. The reason it is not definitive is that there has been very little scientific research on the devices and the little that has been done is inconclusive. That leaves us with personal opinion and testimony.
Before we talk about that lets take a look at the different types of Electronic Pest Repeller’s out there. One of the most popular Pest Repeller’s is one that claims to use Electromagnetic Technology. The brand says the “unit actually changes the normal field around your wiring, creating an environment that pests just can’t tolerate.” Another popular type is the Ultrasonic Pest Repeller. These types say “ultrasonic sound waves attack the auditory and nervous systems of most common pests causing them pain and discomfort.” The last technology for Electronic Pest Repeller’s is Ionic air cleaning. These say cleaning the air with Ions is an effective way of repelling pests. Those are the 3 main technologies of Pest Repelling. We will have more info about each in future articles.
Back to the question at hand, do they work? Most people will say “yes”, they do work for them. Naturally, some say they do not work. However, from our research, the feedback is mostly positive. The other very important evidence we point to is the popularity of Electronic Pest Repeller’s. Millions have been sold worldwide and millions more every year. Logic concludes that if they didn’t work, sales would be plummeting. The consumer will usually decide how good a product is and in this case they must work pretty well. Compared to the cost (both financial, safety, and time) of chemical treatment, Electronic Pest Repeller’s may be worth a try.

Can you fight back against bad breath and actually win? Yes, ‘you betcha’ as they say in the ‘old’ country. And the win I’m talking about here is not a cover up fix where the same bad breath comes back the very next morning to haunt you all over again.
Yes, it is true that you need to take action every day, but I think you will find that it is worth in to be free of bad breath. Let’s face it, bad breath does effect your personal and your professional life.
Using the right products to fight bad breath is crucial. Truthfully, it is necessary.
The problems you are facing are from a special bacteria that makes a special waste product. This waste production manifests as the problem of bad breath. The problem is in reducing the amounts of the waste product to levels that do not make your breath smell.
In order to do that, you must reduce the number of bacteria that are causing this effect. This is what fighting bad breath is all about.
What are those waste products called? They are called VSCs or Volatile Sulfur Compounds. A study was completed, it was called: Topographic Distribution of Bacteria Associated with Oral Malodour on The Tongue.
This study indicated that the areas of greatest odor causing concentration were on the back parts of the tongue. This is most likely where you will wish to concentrate your focus.
With a bit of work on a regular basis you can win the fight against bad breath. Next: try therabreath to improve your personal and professional life. It’s time to enjoy life again and now you can!
With tensions as high as they are in the world and with people more and more stressed over all kinds of issues, bad breath is one less tension that we should have to deal with. Perhaps we can all do our own share to create a better and happier world.

One of the most intriguing aspects of today’s medicine is the pathway of laboratory created drugs and the pathway of surgery that has been embarked upon.Have you ever considered that there could be other paths of development that we haven’t followed? What if there are natural cancer treatments that worked?
To illustrate my point, I’m going to bring up a debate with ancient origins. There came a time when the pathway of ancient medicine’s development split into to very different paths. At the time of that split, there were two camps that emerged.
One group adopted the concept of mechanism as their mantra. That idea is that any part of the body can be broken down to its simpliest component and understood from that view point.
Any guesses on what the opposite camp believed to be the truth? They were more interested in vitalism. In the vitalist way of viewing things, the body was regulated by an intelligent force that could cause the body to heal itself. This camp believed in working with the body and working with nature.
How does this relate to cancer treatments today?
In modern times, mechanists found that they could isolate and synthetically produce the natural chemicals in plants and patent the synthetic reproduction in order to make money from these pharmaceuticals.
Therefore, in modern times, the mechanists have adobpted parts of the the vitalist’s concept. So, does that mean the vitalists won the fight in the end? Well, not really because the mechanists are still the predominant medical establishment today.
The vitalistic believers are still out there helping people, it is just that they are hidden from the mainstream.
Many naturally existing remedies from plant life are still being used in their natural forms today. They utilize these for natural treatments that really work for cancer and other illnesses.
They are used to stop other problems, besides cancer, as well. You may already be aware of some of these.
Next, learn more about natural cancer treatments that work.

Being asked to be the photographer for a wedding is a big responsibility. If you’ve been approached to do it as a friend, or maybe asked to do it as a professional, here are 5 great tips to do the job right.
This tips are coming from first hand experience as a San Diego wedding photographer. So whether you are seasoned pro, or a rank amateur, if you follow these tips, you will feel comfortable and not have to second guess yourself. You will be ready for whatever may happen.
Our first tip is a simple thing you can do and that is to have the couple and the families go and make a shot list. When the day is hectic and chaotic, this will help immensely when you are trying to get family and group shots later on in the day.You will love how you can just go through your list and get all the shots you want without leaving anything out.
The second tip on our list is to not delete any shots. In this day and age of digital cameras, most photographers use them.Even though they are great, it is also tempting since it is so easy, to delete a shot.Don’t bother even peeking at the previews.Remember, what you think is a great shot, could be vastly different than what the couple thinks is a great shot. You never know, they might like all those so called un “professional shots.
For the the third tip, make sure you get candid shots during and after the wedding. A good wedding photographer will not just try and get the typical shots, like family group shots, wedding party shots, or your standard bride and groom. But they will also try and capture the emotions of the day through the shots of all the people that were there. It may include the things that go wrong also, like a flower girl making a wrong turn or the ring bearer not wanting to walk down the aisle. Every shot counts.
The fourth piece of advice is make sure you have back up equipment.Do you even want to think of the horror of not being able to take any more shots of the wedding because of a broken camera. Plan for anything that could go wrong.By being ready with extra equipment, you will avoid the uncomfortable time of not being able to take any more pictures of the wedding day with a broken camera.
Lastly, make sure to practice for your lighting. There can be a huge difference between the lighting inside the wedding and outside, so make sure to practice for all the different possible conditions. Think about seeing if you can go to the locations of the big day and look for the best spots to take pictures as well as study the lighting needs.
Following these 5 great tips will help you greatly on that special day. It will prepare you for whatever might go wrong, it will prepare you for capturing what goes right, and it will prepare you to help contribute to this wonderful day by being the best photographer you can be. Take it from my years of experience as a San Diego photographer.
